Continuous carbon-fibre-reinforced Cs-geopolymer composite (Cf/CsGP) were prepared, and its in-situ conversion was investigated during high-temperature treatments. The effect of treatment temperature on the thermal evolution process and mechanical properties of the resulting products were systematically evaluated. The results indicated that the crystallization temperature of Cf/CsGP composite was considerably delayed because the amorphous structure of carbon fibres was not conducive as a nucleation substrate for pollucite derived from the CsGP matrix. Moreover, the integrity of the corresponding resulting products derived from the Cf/CsGP composite were damaged due to thermal shrinkage that occurred during the high-temperature treatment process. When treatment temperature was ≤1200oC, the mechanical properties of the corresponding products exhibited an upward trend, which was ascribed to the improvement of the densification degree of the resulting composite and well interface-bonding state between carbon fibres and pollucite. However, the mechanical properties of the resulting composites decreased with the treatment temperature continued increased from 1200 to 1400oC. This phenomenon was attributed to the impairment of fibre properties caused by interfacial reactions.  相似文献

Design of architectured composites with layered-ordered structure can solve the strength-toughness mismatch problem of structural materials. In the present study, heterostructure Ti6Al4V/TiAl laminated composite sheets with different thicknesses of interface layer and TiAl composite layer were successfully produced by hot-pressing technology. The effects of interface regulation and laminated structure on their mechanical properties, crack propagation, and fracture behavior were studied. The results indicated that compressive strength of the sheets increased with the decrease in interface thickness. Compressive strength of TiAl composite sheet with thicker composite layer reached 1481.55 MPa at the arrester orientation with sintering holding time of 40 min, which was 25.96% higher than that of the sheet obtained at 120 min. Analysis indicated that the interface area transferred stress through slip bands and through-interface cracks. Compressive strength at the divider orientation reached 1443.06 MPa, which was 45.78% higher than that of the sheet obtained at 120 min. In this case, the interface area transferred stress through slip bands and along-interface cracks. For TiAl composite sheets with thinner composite layer, compressive strength was further improved to 1631.01 MPa and 1594.66 MPa at the arrester and divider orientations with sintering holding time of 40 min, respectively. The ductile metal layer exerted a significant toughening effect. Both interface regulation and laminated structure transformation could enhance the hetero-deformation induced (HDI) strengthening and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the composite sheets.  相似文献

In this study, alumina-based composite with 12 wt% Al and 16 wt% Si3N4 was designed to achieve the synthesis of 15R-Sialon reinforced alumina composite. To investigate the reaction mechanism, two-step sintered Al-Si3N4-Al2O3 samples at different temperatures ranging from 600°C to 1500°C were prepared and characterized via X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results revealed that 15R-Sialon was synthesized at 1500°C through a novel liquid Si phase sintering and Si3N4 played as a precursor and a reactant. First, Si3N4 precursor reacted with Al to form intermediate phases AlN and Si, which were not further transformed below 1400°C. When the sintering temperature was 1500°C, the formed Si presented as a liquid phase, under the influence of which plate-like15R-Sialon was generated from Al2O3, residual Si3N4, and derived AlN. The obtained Si was also involved in the synthesis of 15R-Sialon and completely transformed. In addition to the AlN from Si3N4, the AlN deriving from the nitridation of Al may not react with liquid Si. Compared to 15R-Sialon from liquid Si, plate-like 15R-Sialon with smaller size was generated from AlN, SiO, and O2.  相似文献

Hydrogen storage using the metal hydrides and complex hydrides is the most convenient method because it is safe, enables high hydrogen capacity and requires optimum operating condition. Metal hydrides and complex hydrides offer high gravimetric capacity that allows storage of large amounts of hydrogen. However, the high operating temperature and low reversibility hindered the practical implementation of the metal hydrides and complex hydrides. An approach of combining two or more hydrides, which are called reactive hydride composites (RHCs), was introduced to improve the performance of the metal hydrides and complex hydrides. The RHC system approach has significantly enhanced the hydrogen storage performance of the metal hydrides and complex hydrides by modifying the thermodynamics of the composite system through the metathesis reaction that occurred between the hydrides, hence enhancing the kinetic and reversibility performance of the composite system. In this paper, the overview of the RHC system was presented in detail. The challenges and perspectives of the RHC system are also discussed. This is the first review report on the RHC system for solid-state hydrogen storage.  相似文献

The development of mild hydrogen-generating materials is of great significance to improve the working life of hydrogen–oxygen fuel cells. In this study, Al–Bi–Zn composite powders were designed by phase diagram calculation and then prepared via the gas atomization method. The results indicated that the conversion yield of Al–12Bi–7Zn (wt.%) powder reached 98% with stable hydrogen production within 280 min at 50 °C. When composite powder reacted with NaCl solution to produce hydrogen, the dormant period of the reaction process was significantly shortened, but the conversion rate was slightly reduced. Additionally, the evolution of powder morphology during the reaction was investigated. The results showed that the continuous cracking of the powder led to the continuous exposure of fresh Al to react.  相似文献

隔震技术能有效减小核电厂上部结构的加速度响应,但强地震作用下隔震层位移过大会导致管道断裂。本文基于曲面运动原理及预压弹簧伸缩特性提出了一种负刚度阻尼系统,通过球铰在拱球面曲线运动实现负刚度特性,并在弹簧压缩方向提供黏滞阻尼性能。提出了负刚度系统的理论恢复力模型并进行了力学特性分析,设计了负刚度装置并完成了静力试验,结果显示理论恢复力模型与试验结果的一致性较理想。将核电厂负刚度阻尼隔震结构与核电厂隔震结构进行了地震响应对比分析,比较了不同地震波输入下的地震响应。结果表明负刚度阻尼系统可有效同时减小核电厂上部加速度响应和隔震层位移响应。  相似文献

碳纤维复合材料薄壁圆筒为各向异性导热,其轴向导热系数是筒体温度场理论计算、成型工艺优化的重要参数。碳纤维复合材料圆筒由于较小的截面面积给筒体加热、热量有效传递带来了较大困难。本文以平板材料导热系数的稳态法测试国家标准为基础,基于傅里叶一维稳态导热原理,设计了一套用于薄壁圆筒轴向导热系数测试的装置,采用双试件对称加热、辐射换热防护及热对流环境控制等实现了热量沿筒体轴向的有效传导,利用该装置对导热系数已知的铝筒进行测试,验证了该装置设计的可行性,得到了碳纤维复合材料薄壁圆筒的轴向导热系数为(4.60±0.13) W/(m•K)。  相似文献

摘要:为了探究不同镁含量对非调质钢中组织和硫化物形态、尺寸、分布及成分的影响,采用蔡司金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、小样电解等方法,分析了经高温电阻炉冶炼不同镁添加量的49MnVS3非调质钢。结果表明,由于镁蒸气压较高,在实验室冶炼中大量挥发,导致钢中镁的实际平均收得率仅为310%;镁的质量分数为0~22×10-6时,随着镁的质量分数的增加,钢中硫化物形态由Ⅱ类逐渐向Ⅰ类、Ⅲ类转变;钢中硫化物尺寸增大,硫化物的分布均匀性得到显著改善;钢中复合夹杂物比例明显增加,但MnS的比例出现下降;形成了细小弥散的氧化物,增加了奥氏体形核质点,具有细化组织的趋势。  相似文献
